contemporary art space & education (c.a.s.e. inc) and Byron School of Art (BS'A) are delighted to welcome: Maria Kontis Maria Kontis produces illusionistic pastel drawings of photographs and memorabilia. In 2018 she spent one month working in the Tweed Regional Gallery's Artist-in-Residence Studio undertaking research and concept development for her solo exhibition on display until 14 July 2019. Join the artist for an Illustrated talk about her practice and the drawing project that was inspired by stories of the local community will talk about the different processes of painting and drawing.
